Heartland Worship & Music Ministry's primary role is to create an environment during our weekly worship gatherings that encourages people to worship Jesus Christ while allowing the Holy Spirit to change lives.

Two of the key roles in the Worship & Music Ministry are technicians and musicians.

Technician Ministries include:

- Video: run projection software (MediaShout) for song lyrics, scripture, video clips, sermon notes.
- Lighting: control lighting to help create environment for worship services
- Camera operator: record sermons for DVD distribution
- Video production team: write scripts, shoot video, edit video, record voiceover, create graphics.
